How to install petanitoto on Android
Our Android app is distributed as an APK file, which you download directly from our website. Unlike the Google Play Store, an APK gives us direct control over updates and lets us respond quickly to user feedback. Here is how to install petanitoto on your Android phone:

Download the petanitoto APK file
Visit our site on your Android device and tap the Android APK download link. The APK file (roughly 50–80 MB) will download to your Downloads folder.

Enable unknown sources (one-time setup)
Go to Settings → Security (or Privacy, depending on Android version) and toggle "Install from Unknown Sources" to allow APK installation from sources outside the Play Store.

Install the APK file
Open your file manager, navigate to Downloads, find the petanitoto APK, and tap it. Follow the install prompts. Android will verify the app's certificate and install it in seconds.

Launch petanitoto and sign in
Open the app, log into your petanitoto account, and confirm your two-factor authentication code. You are now ready to access live tables and sportsbook markets on mobile.
iOS access and add-to-home-screen setup
Apple's App Store policies restrict certain gaming platforms, so petanitoto is accessed via Safari (iOS's default browser) rather than a dedicated app. However, Safari lets you create a home-screen shortcut that works almost identically to an installed app — you tap the petanitoto icon on your home screen and the browser loads directly into our login page, bypassing Safari's address bar and controls.
To set up petanitoto on iPhone: open Safari and navigate to our mobile site, tap the Share button (square with arrow) at the bottom, scroll to "Add to Home Screen", name it "petanitoto", and tap Add. The shortcut now sits on your home screen and launches our app in full-screen mode. When you close petanitoto and reopen it via the icon, your session persists so you do not have to log in again.
App versus browser: which should you use?
Our Android app offers offline caching (the app pre-loads static assets so tables load faster), push notifications for new tournaments and promotions, and slightly faster response times in live games. The app also consumes less battery than keeping a browser window open. However, the web version gives you access on any device without installation steps and updates automatically in your browser without manual downloads.
If you play live tables regularly, especially during Liga 1 season or Piala AFF tournaments, we recommend the Android app for its speed and battery efficiency. If you prefer simplicity or play on multiple devices (phone, tablet, laptop), the web version is sufficient. Both access the same account balance and game library.
Device compatibility and system requirements
Our Android app works on Android 7.0 and newer (released 2016). Most modern phones and tablets meet this requirement. iOS users need Safari on iOS 12 and newer (iPhone 5S and later). The web version works on any device with a modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge on Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS.
For the smoothest experience with live video streams, we recommend at least 2 GB of RAM on Android and a device not more than five years old. If your device is older or has limited RAM, petanitoto will still work but video streams may buffer occasionally. You can reduce stream quality in settings to minimise buffering.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If you encounter "Unknown app" or "Certificate not trusted" warnings when installing the Android APK, this is normal — Android shows this alert for any app installed outside the Play Store. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. Our APK is digitally signed and secure; we do not modify or inject code. If you are uncomfortable proceeding, you can use the web version instead.
If the app crashes on launch, try clearing your phone's cache (Settings → Storage → Clear Cache) and reinstalling. If Safari on iOS says "cannot open the page" when you tap the petanitoto home-screen shortcut, check your internet connection and ensure you are on iOS 12 or later. Clearing Safari's cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) also resolves many connection issues.
Data usage, permissions, and account safety
Our petanitoto app requests minimal permissions: camera (for identity verification during account setup), phone (to autofill your login if you change devices), and internet (to connect to our servers). We never use your camera, location, or contacts for any purpose other than stated. Microphone permission is not requested at all.
Live video streams use approximately 150–300 MB per hour depending on quality settings. If you are on a metered data plan, we recommend connecting to Wi-Fi or lowering stream quality to SD (standard definition). We also offer a low-data toggle in the app settings that reduces image quality for all elements, saving bandwidth without affecting gameplay.
Your account remains secure on mobile if you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your petanitoto settings. When you log in on a new device, we send a one-time code to your registered email or phone, and you must enter it to proceed. This prevents unauthorised access even if someone learns your password. We also recommend setting a strong master password (12+ characters with mixed case and symbols) and logging out after each session on shared devices.
